Custodial Maintenance Coordinator, 08-200

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general custodial maintenance support to interior and
exterior of facility. - Responsible for the overall cleanliness of offices and customer
areas. - Maintain cleanliness and proper ESD levels of all shop & lab
floors. - Maintain conference rooms in “customer ready” condition.
- Assist with special event setups.
- Provide backup to Facilities Maintenance department.
- Support EH&S functions.
- Responsible for waste paper recycling program.
- May be involved in other areas such as stocking supplies, moving furniture and supporting special projects.
Required Qualifications & Background
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in Custodial Maintenance.
- Basic oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient in the use of tools and machinery related to Custodial
Maintenance. - Knowledge of common custodial maintenance practices including methods and products.
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Understanding and adherence to safety practices.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean DMV record.
