Drones Provide BP with Eyes in the Skies

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (or drones) is on the rise, with the military to Hollywood finding practical applications. BP, too, was an early adopter. Now, with Federal Aviation Administration approval for the first commercial operation in the US, this technology looks set to change the way BP carries out some of its most challenging tasks.
