Archana Nirwan Joins AeroVironment as Chief People Officer

ARLINGTON, Va., September 11, 2024 – Archana Nirwan has joined AeroVironment (AV) as Chief People Officer. In alignment with the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to fostering innovation, Nirwan will lead AV’s global People & Culture strategy, overseeing all aspects of talent management, organizational development, and human resources operations. She will be based at AV’s Simi Valley, California campus.

Nirwan’s career includes senior HR roles at Cambium Networks, Qualcomm, Fidelity Investments, and Cadence Design Systems. With over 20 years of global experience, she has led HR transformations, talent retention strategies, and cultural initiatives across high-tech and financial sectors. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, workforce planning, organizational design, and building a "best-in-class" employee experience.
